One Stop Music (OSM) Berhad is a consortium of record labels which is also known as 4th music major company in Malaysia after the three (3) International giant labels. OSM was founded in year 2005 with support of Recording Industry Association of Malaysia (RIM). Currently, we represent more than 350 recording companies and business as well as music publishing companies primarily from Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia and other territories of Asia Pacific. OSM specialized in distributing its members music contents for monetisation onto various leading global digital platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Joox, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Smule, WeSing, Deezer, KKBox and many others.

Dr. Asugan heads the company as its CEO and has 20 years of experience, including almost a decade in digital music. A Doctorate holder in Business Administration (major in Human Resources), he is currently pursuing another Doctorate of Philosophy in Music Business and is also knowledgeable in digital music and OTT content aggregation. Not one to rest on his laurels, he is constantly looking for ways to improve, protect and promote OSM members' music content. He is a firm believer in knowledge sharing and has been invited as keynote speaker/panellist to quite a few prominent conferences and forums such as International Music Expo 2021 (China IMX), World OTT Show: Asia 2021 Conference, AM Power Conference 2021 by Asia Music Platform, Tokyo International Music Market (TIMM) 2020 Japan, All That Matters Conference 2018 (Music Matters) Singapore, Fast Track Southeast Asia Conference 2015, and many others. He has no conflict of interest with OSM and does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or members of the OSM.

Mohammad Azilla has been attached with the Company since year 2010. He was promoted as Senior Manager of OSM since January 2020. He is primarily has been put in-charge of the Streaming Platforms & DDEX System. He is dynamic, pro-active and talented person. He also leads in troubleshoot technical issues involving Content Management & Delivery system. He is very dedicated and loves his job the very much. He has no conflict or interest with OSM and does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or members of the OSM.

Loh Kin Kok is a pioneer staff with the Company since year 2009. He is primarily has been put in-charge of the Content Department. His wide experience with OSM is an added advantage in training new staff in the Company. He is committed and dedicated to his job. He also leads the task of analyzing and processing various digital platform sales report in OSM. He is very passionate about music and loves his job the most.
