Reporting Analyst
Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Able to handle sales report processing & distribution
  • Ensure the correct entry and reporting of multiple revenue streams
  • Resolve any duplicate claims and song disputes with labels/publishers
  • Process and split raw reports into various individual reports
  • Work with the finance to reconcile amount receipts with processed royalties
  • Follow up on any discrepancies in royalty reporting
  • Assist the Deparment Manager in other designated and non-routine tasks

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • Possess meticulous and detailed attitude at work
  • Excellent skill on Ms. Excel is a MUST
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

Digital Marketing
Manager/Officer/Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute marketing strategies to promote music contents on various digital/online platforms.
  • Create and manage song playlist on various digital music platforms.
  • Create creative contents to market and push music contents on social media.
  • Proactive and self-motivated to work creatively to exploit music contents.
  • Work closely with various digital music platforms Content Editors.
  • Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any business field.
  • Required language(s): English/Malay
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Entertainment/Marketing/Sales or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge is MUST..
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Accounting
Executive/Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in assisting Finance Manager by handling full sets of accounts, monthly closing & financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure bank statements are properly reconciled on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure all Accounts Payable and Receivables are accurately maintained.
  • Maintain proper accounting records including documentation control.
  • Review of daily accounting entry and responsible for operational expense control & reconciliation.
  • Proper and timely data entry onto company accounting system.
  • Assist Finance Manager in facilitating year-end audit schedule preparation and liaise with relevant tax authorities.
  • Ensure tax compliance as per newly enacted tax legislations and rulings.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in accounting field.
  • Required language(s): English/Malay
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Content Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in song playlist creation
  • Data entry of content ingested
  • Assisting with maintenance of digital music content files
  • Typing & Filing Correspondence
  • General office administration; including answering telephone calls
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): English/Malay
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in Entertainment/Performing Arts or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge is MUST..
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Graphic Designer/Video Editor
(Part-Time / Full Time)

Job Responsibilities:

  • An excellent sense of design, typography, layout, and color composition.
  • A good team player with a good working attitude.
  • Strong knowledge in Creative Design with creative ideas and excellent skills.
  • Design artwork such as online marketing materials, social media post, brochure & etc.
  • Collaborating with marketing team to contribute ideas & execute visual identity, branding, set design, videos & illustration.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned to you from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Required language(s): English/Malay
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior/Senior Executives specializing in designing or equivalent.
  • Computer knowledge is MUST.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Part-Time/Full-Time position available.

Student Internship

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in digital marketing team.
  • Assist in managing social media marketing.
  • Assist in graphic designing and video editing areas.
