Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in music licensing, distribution and publishing
- Actively acquire new record label & publisher members
- Negotiate & close new licensing deals on music business with digital platforms, etc
- Drive revenue through licensing deals, partnerships, and new service offerings
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders and music partners
- Prepare reports on business development activities, revenue forecasts and KPIs
