MANAGEMENT TEAM

Dr. Asugan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the company and brings over 20 years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in the digital music industry. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Music Business. His expertise spans digital music, OTT content aggregation, and rights management. In addition, Dr. Asugan is a Certified Intellectual Property Valuer for Patents, Trademarks, Copyright, Industrial Designs, and Trade Secrets, globally accredited by the Association for Management and Valuation of Intangibles (AMAVI), France, and the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO). Driven by continuous improvement, he is deeply committed to enhancing, protecting, and promoting the music content of OSM members. A strong advocate of knowledge sharing, he is frequently invited as a keynote speaker and panellist at prominent international conferences and forums, including International Music Expo China, World OTT Show Asia, AM Power Conference by Asia Music Platform, Tokyo International Music Market, All That Matters Singapore, and other regional industry platforms. Dr. Asugan has no conflict of interest with OSM and has no family relationship with any Director or member of the company.

Mohammad Azilla has been attached with the Company since year 2010. He was promoted as Senior Manager of OSM since January 2020. He is primarily has been put in-charge of the Streaming Platforms & DDEX System. He is dynamic, pro-active and talented person. He also leads in troubleshoot technical issues involving Content Management & Delivery system. He is very dedicated and loves his job the very much. He has no conflict or interest with OSM and does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or members of the OSM.

Loh Kin Kok is a pioneer staff with the Company since year 2009. He is primarily has been put in-charge of the Content & Reporting Department. His wide experience with OSM is an added advantage in training new staff in the Company. He is committed and dedicated to his job. He also leads the task of analyzing and processing various digital platform sales report in OSM. He is very passionate about music and loves his job the most. He has no conflict or interest with OSM and does not have any family relationship with any Director and/or members of the OSM..

She currently heading Finance department in our company. She is high passionate about music business and has been excelling well within her role in the organisation. She has been attached with the company since year 2024. She has no conflict of interest with any sitting company board of directors and members of the company.

She is heading the Publishing Department in OSM. Mika is dedicated and passionate about her work, ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the department. She has no conflict of interest with any sitting company board of directors and members of the company.
